Job Description The stellar Mental Health and Court of Protection specialist firm in the region are seeking an ambitious, experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join its much-vaunted team. This role focuses on welfare and Section 21A matters, providing high-quality advice and representation to vulnerable individuals who lack capacity. You will ensure all work aligns with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Legal Aid requirements. Applicants must be a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 4 years’ PQE in complex Court of Protection work, particularly welfare and Section 21A cases. Strong organisational, communication, and case management skills are essential, along with experience of Legal Aid processes.
