Job Description Real Estate Lawyer – Liverpool/Newcastle An opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Lawyer to join a highly regarded Public Law & Projects team advising on major public sector-led developments and infrastructure projects across England & Wales. The team acts on complex regeneration, housing, education, energy and public infrastructure projects, working with a broad range of public sector clients on nationally significant schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor looking to work on high-quality, large-scale projects within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, while gaining exposure to complex and often unique transactions. The firm offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements, with applications welcomed from candidates looking for either full or part-time opportunities. You will work as part of a nationally recognised Public Law & Projects team advising on a broad range of real estate matters connected to public sector and infrastructure projects.  Infrastructure and public sector projects Energy and heat network projects PFI and long-term development arrangements Complex real estate transactions involving procurement and subsidy considerationsYou will work closely with experienced specialists across multiple disciplines, helping deliver commercially focused and practical solutions on often high-profile and challenging matters. Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting business development and profile-raising activities Around 3+ years’ PQE with strong real estate transactional experience Commercial and practical approach to problem-solving Strong communication and relationship-building skills Candidates coming from a broader commercial real estate background with an interest in this area are encouraged to apply.
