Job Description Residential Property Solicitor/ILEX/CLC // Bedfordshire // hybrid working arrangements. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential property lawyer to join a well-established national law firm with a strong reputation for client service and career development.nnnOur client is keen to speak with a confident and commercially minded residential property specialist (Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC with at least 2 years’ experience or equivalent) to manage a busy caseload. You will handle a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:nn nn nnnt Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases nt Remortgages and equity release transactions nt Shared ownership matters nt New build purchases nt Help to Buy transactions nt Lease extensions and variations nt Transfers of equity nt Matrimonial transfers nt Title investigations and reportingnnnnIn addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you will play an active role in supporting junior team members, developing local business relationships, and identifying opportunities to cross-refer work across the wider firm.
