We are working with a leading supplier of products to the construction and related markets to recruit their new permanent Warehouse Team Lead to join them in Duncrue, Belfast.

Reporting into and supporting the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for;

• Overseeing warehouse operations on shift, ensuring targets are achieved
• Leading staff on shift, development, supervision and coaching
• Overseeing stock, picking & packing and prep of delivery
• Monitor the effectiveness of the warehouse operations
• Driving improvements and efficiencies
• Staff training & development

What we are looking for

• Warehousing experience gained within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound level of IT literacy to include a WMS or similar
• Forklift license is desirable
