The Opportunity

• Developing and delivering digital marketing initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and support commercial objectives.
• Creating compelling customer experiences through targeted communications, personalised campaigns and data‑led marketing activity.
• Enhancing customer lifecycle strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, retention and long‑term loyalty.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to align marketing activity with wider organisational goals.
• Using performance insights, market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Managing multiple projects and campaigns while ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience across digital touchpoints.

About You

• Proven experience in a digital marketing position with responsibility for campaign delivery and performance.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, customer engagement strategies and marketing technologies.
• Experience using customer data and analytics to inform decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
• The ability to create, deliver and optimise customer‑focused marketing initiatives.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.

Desirable experience includes CRM marketing, customer lifecycle management, marketing automation platforms and website optimisation activities.
