We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to supportthe establishment of a new overseas MRO facility for their client. This is ahigh-impact role focused on coordinating cross-functional deliverables,aligning internal and customer stakeholders, and ensuring the successfulindustrialisation of a new shop capability.
You will work at the intersection of engineering,industrialisation, supply chain, and customer operations, playing a key role inbringing a complex aerospace MRO capability from concept to operationalreadiness.

- In-ServiceEvaluation (ISE)
- Retrofitactivities
- Tooling Strategy
- Reviewpreliminary rough order of magnitude (ROM) tooling requirements
- Developfirm cost estimates and lead times
- Enablecustomer purchase order readiness
- Collaborateclosely with Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain teams
- Training Programme
- Definetraining solutions aligned with quality and regulatory requirements
- Ensurealignment with customer operational readiness goals
- Developtraining content and delivery schedules
- Assessneed for advanced modules (e.g. troubleshooting capability)
- Spare Parts Planning
- Reviewinitial safety stock proposals
- Developphased supply plans aligned to MRO ramp-up
- Optimiseinventory against forecast consumption
- Repair Flow & Industrialisation
- Definerepair scope and end-to-end operational flow
- Establishreadiness criteria and cut-off gates

- Developand manage stage-gate implementation plans
- Technical Documentation
- Managepreparation and release of technical publications
- Ensurecustomer access aligns with authorised capability scope

- Test Rig Integration
- Supporttest rig correlation activities
- Providereference “gold unit”
