Alba Restaurant is seeking a passionate and talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Knightsbridge, opposite Harrods. Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Alba is a refined Italian restaurant where authentic hospitality, exceptional ingredients and modern flair come together to create a truly memorable dining experience.

Working alongside Head Chef, you will play an important role in delivering beautifully executed dishes in a quality-driven, ambitious kitchen.

About you

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, H&S and allergens
• Eager to learn and develop
• Italian cuisine and/or seafood experience is a plus
