Reed’s Plymouth office is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established Finance & Accountancy desk, recruiting across Devon and Cornwall. Responsibilities
- Proactive business development
- Making energetic outbound calls, identifying new opportunities and attending networking events to grow your client portfolio
- Client engagement — visiting clients on‑site across Devon and Cornwall to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Relationship management — providing outstanding service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment journey
- Performance delivery — working towards targets and KPIs, tracking progress and celebrating success
