Monday–Friday with weekend and on‑call rota contribution

We’re looking for a Lead Clinical Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at The Harley Street Clinic, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. Our pharmacy team delivers an exceptional patient‑centred service across the wider campus, supporting highly specialised and complex care pathways.
As a Lead Clinical Pharmacist within our pharmacy leadership team, you’ll be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary environment providing advanced clinical pharmacy services across cath labs, theatres and outpatient clinics. Working across Critical Care, Cardiology and Complex Surgery wards, you will take ownership of delivering high‑quality, patient‑focused services while leading a team of clinical pharmacists supporting complex and specialist patient groups. This role offers the opportunity to shape service delivery, influence clinical standards, and contribute to innovation across the pharmacy function, while also stepping in to support the Deputy Pharmacy Manager when required.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, develop and monitor the delivery of high‑quality clinical pharmacy services across multiple specialist areas
- Manage and support a team of clinical pharmacists working with complex and high‑acuity patients
- Drive service development, governance, audit activity and performance monitoring against KPIs
- Contribute to and lead Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) within the department
- Provide education, training and mentorship to pharmacy and technical staff
What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy (or equivalent) and a postgraduate diploma
- Current registration as a pharmacist with the GPhC
- Independent Prescriber qualification
- Specialist clinical experience within critical care and/or cardiology services
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of pharmacists
