Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Design learning experiences that drive engagement and growth: blended learning, digital pathways, simulations, and performance support resources.
  • Translate business priorities, SME input, and complex concepts into clear, engaging learner experiences.
  • Apply storytelling, learner psychology, and modern learning practices to improve engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve scalability, personalization, learner support, and development speed.
  • Partner with HRBPs, leaders, SMEs, and cross‑functional teams to co‑create impactful learning experiences.
  • Use design thinking and learner insights to identify pain points and create scalable capability solutions.
  • Curate and maintain learning pathways across Workday Learning, Career Hub, LinkedIn Learning, and internal learning platforms.
  • Contribute to project planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives.
  • Monitor learner engagement, feedback, and adoption insights to improve learning effectiveness and experience quality.

  • Sound judgment regarding AI‑generated content, learner experience, accessibility, and responsible technology use.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
