M&E Area Manager – London

Location – London – Within M25

Hours – Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

We are currently seeking a M&E Area Manager – a key leadership and operational role for ATS Operations. The role involves providing management support on commercial, financial and technical matters to both client and site staff. You will work with the ATS operational senior management leadership team in line with company directives and client needs, supporting the Business Unit Leader and wider ATS Team with the management of the BU and company initiatives.

This role requires regular travel to sites across London and occasional travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

Provide management support on commercial, financial and technical aspects; deliver on business targets; manage a multi-million pound P&L; support change management; influence client senior management.

Skills & Experience

  • Electrical/Mechanical or HVAC Qualified or relevant experience managing a Hard Service contract.
  • Management experience within a commercial maintenance environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage a multi-million pound P&L and deliver against business targets.
  • Ability to manage teams of geographical spread and varied functionality.
  • Experience of presenting effectively and confidently to client senior management teams and operation contract staff.
  • Ability to manage change quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining effective service provision.
  • Ability to be flexible with client and team relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Effective influence and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge in finance and commercial focus applied within a large organisation.
  • Computer literacy to intermediate level: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Customer focused with a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.

Working Hours & Benefits

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00. Flexible as required for service delivery. Access to Apleona employee benefits from the start.
