What will you do in this Mid-Market Benelux Senior Account Executive role?

As a Senior Account Executive at HubSpot, you will use inbound selling strategies to identify new business opportunities and help clients grow with HubSpot software. You will collaborate with Business Development Reps to research prospects, develop outreach strategies, run online demos, and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition to small and mid‑sized businesses. This is a full‑closing, inside‑sales role based in your home office.

Location & Work Arrangement

Based in the UK, candidates may work remotely, from the office, or in a flex arrangement, depending on personal preference.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly identify challenges that prospective customers face and recommend inbound marketing solutions.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota.
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid‑sized companies.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot’s marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategy for new features and products.
  • Help shape HubSpot’s future mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK to qualify for remote opportunity.
  • 3+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Track record of high performance (e.g., over quota, President’s Club).
  • A sharp focus on goals and a strong approach to achieve them.
