Cadet Group Lead: Lead, Train & Retain Youth Volunteers

Sja’s West is seeking a Cadet Group Lead in Patchway, England. In this role, you will manage a St John Ambulance Youth unit, leading weekly meetings and organizing activities for young people.

You will participate in the recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers while ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved. Ideal candidates should have completed Youth Leader training or be willing to start soon. This is a rewarding opportunity requiring evening availability.
