Shift Leader: Pub Service & Food Quality

Haven Holidays is looking for a Pub Shift Leader in Berwick-upon-Tweed to lead our energetic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will oversee shift operations, ensure food quality, and motivate team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to customer service, and flexibility in working hours. A background in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
