Night Care Unit Lead – Person-Centered Care

Care Concern Group is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to join our team in Oban, Scotland. In this role, you will lead and develop your team while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care is consistently delivered. Your responsibilities will include overseeing care delivery, maintaining documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have at least an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, strong leadership skills, and a compassionate approach. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £16.65 and up to 44 hours of contracted work per week.
