Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking a Butchery Supervisor for our Spalding site, where you will lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in achieving production targets while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in butchery, a good understanding of food safety, and the ability to motivate your team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 06:30 am to 16:00 pm.
