General Operative

As a General Operative, you will work as part of a small, friendly team to produce and prepare our product range for customers. The role is varied, with opportunities to learn different processes and rotate between tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Weighing and portioning raw materials and blending mixes according to clear recipe instructions
• Operating precise production equipment
• Packing products and preparing pallets for shipment
• Loading/unloading deliveries, warehouse storage, and dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Completing production records and reporting any issues
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
