Key Responsibilities
- Programme Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives, including:
- Planning and governance
- Delivery execution
- Risk and dependency management
- Budget and resource control
- Manage complex migration programmes across multiple IT and operational domains
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives, including:
- ServiceNow Transformation & Migration
- Oversee migration and transformation activities across:
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Patch Management
- Cloud Workflows
- End-to-End process integration
- Drive standardisation and optimisation of legacy processes using native ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
- Oversee migration and transformation activities across:
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with:
- IT Operations teams
- Asset Management and Risk teams
- Infrastructure and Cloud Operations
- Business stakeholders and delivery partners
- Manage relationships with ServiceNow and third-party vendors
- Collaborate with:
- Change Management & Adoption
- Lead organisational change initiatives, including:
- Communication and engagement plans
- Training and adoption strategies
- Operational readiness activities
- Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new ServiceNow-based processes
- Lead organisational change initiatives, including:
- Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all solutions align with:
- Enterprise governance standards
- Regulatory and audit requirements
- Data integrity and compliance controls
- Oversee:
- UAT and integration testing
- Performance and migration validation
- Defect management and resolution
- Ensure all solutions align with:
Key Skills
- 5+ years’ experience delivering complex IT transformation programmes
- Strong experience leading:
- ServiceNow implementation and migration programmes
- Enterprise ITSM transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of:
- ITIL processes and service management frameworks
- ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Experience across:
- ITSM
- SAM
- HAM
- IRM / GRC
- Cloud workflow environments
- Proven ability to manage:
- Large-scale migration programmes
- Cross-functional delivery teams
- Complex dependencies and governance requirements
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
