Programme Manager
The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of cutting‑edge projects within our Component Manufacturing Technology (CMT) group. This high‑impact role requires overseeing programme performance, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering results across multiple technology themes and customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver multiple large and complex programmes across varied technology areas
- Manage project managers and coordinators to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards
- Take ownership of programme and portfolio performance, including delivery KPIs and financial targets
- Ensure customer and stakeholder requirements are clearly defined and achieved
- Identify and mitigate risks while proactively solving problems
- Report on performance and progress to senior stakeholders
- Support revenue planning and resource allocation across the portfolio

Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven programme/project leadership in engineering or professional services environments
- Strong people leadership with the ability to influence and deliver through others

- Highly organised, results‑driven mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- Experience using tools such as MS Project and Excel
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline
