Service Improvement Lead: Patient Pathways

NHS Scotland is seeking a Service Improvement Manager for a fixed-term role of 2 years in Scotland. This position focuses on leading high-impact change projects aimed at improving efficiency and patient pathways. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building local capabilities to ensure sustainable improvements.

A suitable candidate will possess relevant experience in service improvement, have knowledge of patient pathway enhancements, and must be willing to obtain a PVG Scheme membership.
