Electrical Maintenance Technician
Shift Pattern: Night Shift, 4 on 4 off 6PM-6AM
Salary: £50,000+ with Weekly Pay Structure

About the Role
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician you will be part of our night shift team to carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), handle breakdowns, and perform installation work on the factory floor. Our Flixton site is one of our renowned poultry processing and production facilities, providing goods to other 2Sisters sites for use in products supplied to M&S and other large retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to ensure machinery and equipment run smoothly
- Respond to and resolve breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime
- Perform installation work on new and existing equipment
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and maintenance staff to maintain high operational standards
About You
You are a detail‑oriented and driven individual with a background in electrical maintenance. You thrive in fast‑paced environments and have a keen ability to assess risks and solve problems quickly. Your positive attitude and willingness to work in a poultry environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Skills
- NVQ Level 3 minimum in a relevant electrical discipline
- Experience working in an FMCG environment is highly advantageous
