Looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to help scale the global growth story.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll:
- Build and optimise a best-in‑class commercial engine
- Shape sales & marketing strategy alongside senior leadership
- Own and develop the pipeline, data and CRM (HubSpot, Pitchbook, Cognism)
- Drive targeted BD and account‑based marketing activity
- Work directly with partners and PE‑backed leadership teams
It’s ideal for someone who has:
- A background in consulting, PE, or professional services
- Experience building or scaling commercial / growth functions
- An entrepreneurial mindset (bonus if you’ve built something yourself)
- Strong commercial insight backed by data
London-based, with a strong growth trajectory and real exposure to senior decision‑makers.
