Rehabilitation Specialist – Romford, FWC

Permanent, Part‑Time (up to 16 hours per week) – Salary £28,830 pro rata depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run 12‑week rehabilitation programmes.
• Facilitate and deliver live‑stream and in‑person group exercise classes for participants of varying ability.
• Promote self‑directed activity using pre‑recorded classes and a journal.
• Re‑calibrate exercises and intensities based on participant progress.
• Escalate deteriorations and ensure timely reporting and accurate outcome data capture.
• Conduct weekly 1‑to‑1 telephone conversations to provide coaching, goal setting, emotional wellbeing support and empower self‑directed activity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation specialist role (desired).
• Understanding of rehabilitation; BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to work remotely and in‑person.
• Strong English language and numeracy skills.
