In‑office role based in our central Brighton offices, 5 days per week.

Start Date

1st June.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Capital on Tap Sales Academy is a six‑month training program that equips you to sell our business credit card to UK businesses. It includes learning about product, customers, sales techniques, payments industry, business finance, shadowing top performers, interacting with teams and developing your pitch. You will manage a portfolio and meet sales targets.

  • Sourcing leads to build and manage your pipeline
  • Making 30‑50 outbound cold calls per day
  • Managing customer accounts and driving card spend
  • Working towards and hitting targets

We’re Looking For

  • A record of success in customer service, sports or extracurricular activities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An energetic and personable character with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a drive to be successful
  • No prior telesales or cold‑calling experience required – we will train you

Interview Process

First stage: 15 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner or Academy Manager.

Second stage: In‑person assessment day.
