Key Responsibilities
- Draft and issue loan terms following credit approval
- Set up and maintain loan files and records
- Liaise with brokers, applicants, surveyors, and solicitors
- Instruct and monitor property valuations
- Chase outstanding documents and support case progression
- Provide administrative support to underwriters and business development managers

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proactive and team‑oriented approach
- Property, lending, or financial services experience is desirable but not essential
