Opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our UK Cyber & Intelligence business. Your role will involve delivering complex, sensitive, high‑impact technology projects that support customers through ambitious digital transformation, while working at scale and pace to make a real‑world difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.
  • Providing day‑to‑day leadership to the project team, ensuring effective decision‑making and strong management controls.
  • Designing the project structure, setting appropriate delivery methodologies and managing transitions between phases.
  • Developing and maintaining business cases, budgets and project plans, ensuring performance and progress are clearly reported.
  • Building and developing high‑performing teams, identifying resource requirements and supporting recruitment where required.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and senior‑level engagement.
  • Identifying, monitoring and reporting risks and issues, driving mitigation and escalation where appropriate.
  • Supporting governance and assurance processes, including gateway reviews and change‑control mechanisms.

What We’re Looking For (Essential)

  • Proven experience in project or delivery management roles with strong evidence of collaborative working.
  • Experience with UK Government or MOD environments, including PRINCE2, Agile, APM or MSP frameworks.
  • Recent experience delivering IT, software or cyber projects within Government or similar complex organisations.
  • Experience delivering to time, budget and quality within T&M and fixed‑price contracts.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across specialist teams.

Preferred

  • Additional certifications or experience in Agile methodologies or scaled delivery environments.

Security Clearance Requirements

You must currently hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance.
