Programme Manager – Delivery Lead – Financial Services – InfoSec – Outside IR35 contract
My financial services client is looking for a hands‑on Programme Manager / Delivery Lead to lead a critical initiative within their Information Security function. This is a high‑impact role with strong executive visibility, focused on regaining control of delivery pace, cost, and execution ahead of key security deadlines in 2026.
You’ll take ownership of a complex programme, aligning previously siloed delivery streams into a value‑driven model that improves accountability, prioritisation, and delivery predictability. Working closely with the CTO & CISO, you’ll lead from the front – challenging plans, navigating stakeholder complexity, and driving outcomes at pace.
What we need:
- Proven project/programme leadership experience in financial services (essential)
- Strong track record delivering large‑scale information security, cyber or related initiatives
- Ability to operate hands‑on in the detail while steering strategic outcomes
- Expertise in value‑driven delivery, prioritisation, and cost control
- Confident stakeholder leader, able to influence across business and technology
This is an immediate requirement for someone who can bring structure, pace, and cohesion to a business‑critical security programme.
