The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience while helping customers find the right workspace solutions for their needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound enquiries received via telephone, email, website, and other channels.
- Speaking with prospective clients to understand their workspace requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Supporting the conversion of enquiries into bookings, memberships, and office agreements.
- Building positive relationships with existing clients and providing ongoing support.
- Following up with customers to gather feedback and maintain engagement.
- Supporting the growth and retention of coworking memberships.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate customer records within CRM and booking systems.
- Updating enquiry, booking, and follow-up information as required.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or a willingness to learn).
- A genuine interest in building relationships and supporting business growth.
