The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience while helping customers find the right workspace solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound enquiries received via telephone, email, website, and other channels.
  • Speaking with prospective clients to understand their workspace requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Supporting the conversion of enquiries into bookings, memberships, and office agreements.
  • Building positive relationships with existing clients and providing ongoing support.
  • Following up with customers to gather feedback and maintain engagement.
  • Supporting the growth and retention of coworking memberships.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records within CRM and booking systems.
  • Updating enquiry, booking, and follow-up information as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, account support, or office administration.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or a willingness to learn).
  • A genuine interest in building relationships and supporting business growth.
