Serco Limited is seeking a Leisure Centre Duty Manager in Maidstone to lead day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all visitors.

This role combines hands-on leadership with excellent customer service. You’ll oversee the centre’s operations, coordinate teams, manage incidents, and uphold health and safety standards.
