Overview
Project Manager – Strategic Projects. The Flutter Group Compensation team is a key part of our Group Reward function, with responsibility for advising on, developing, and managing Flutter’s global job and pay architecture, frameworks for job grading and pay benchmarking, and leading on global pay equity and transparency strategy and analytics. The Project Manager – Strategic Projects shapes and drives robust project governance to ensure successful delivery of strategic compensation and reward initiatives across the Group Compensation team and broader Global Reward functions. This role provides end-to-end project management across the full project lifecycle for strategic projects and core delivery activities spanning Reward operations and technology-enabled solutions. The role acts as a trusted advisor and escalation point for stakeholders, establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and enabling compensation and reward technology projects while embedding best practice project management across the function. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value compensation and reward projects, owning governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional coordination across multiple workstreams.
- Drive project execution to ensure initiatives are delivered on scope, time, and budget, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Design and facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder sessions using structured techniques to generate clear decisions and actionable outcomes.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships across Reward, HR, Technology, and senior leadership, delivering tailored project updates and securing buy-in at every stage.
- Analyze complex information and translate it into clear, data-driven recommendations aligned to Group priorities.
- Champion high-performance collaboration across project teams, mentoring junior colleagues and fostering accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
