NOC Engineer: 24/7 Network Ops & Incident Response

Gigaclear is seeking a NOC Engineer in Abingdon to maintain and resolve network issues for customers. You will ensure the healthy running of LAN/WAN, managing incidents and updating software.

Candidates should have a strong knowledge of Home IT and ideally hold a CompTIA Network+ qualification. This role involves both customer support and teamwork while covering shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.
