Are you a Supervisor / Manager with an Electrical background, looking to take the next step in your career working for an international company in a highly autonomous role? In this role, you will manage your own team of highly skilled engineers, whilst working in a well‑equipped facility. Further progression is on offer.
This company specialises in a nice industry. As demand grows, they are looking to expand their engineering team. In this leadership position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the engineering function operates effectively. You will oversee a close‑knit team, manage planned maintenance activities, and ensure the safe and efficient running of site equipment, including electrical pumps and motors. Any health and safety experience would be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of highly skilled engineers.
- Oversee PPMs and projects.
- Ensure safe and efficient running of site equipment, including electrical pumps and motors.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Management experience from the manufacturing, industrial or plant sectors.
- Electrical engineering background.
- Commutable to Sutton.
