Package
- £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
- Company vehicle or car allowance

- Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
The Role
As Group Fleet Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the fleet remains compliant, safe, available and cost‑effective.
Your duties will include:
- Leading fleet maintenance operations across multiple locations.
- Driving preventative maintenance programmes and best practice.
- Ensuring compliance with DVSA regulations and Operator Licence requirements.
- Managing workshops, technicians and maintenance teams.
- Monitoring fleet performance, downtime and maintenance costs.Managing supplier relationships and maintenance contracts.
- Supporting long‑term fleet replacement and asset management strategies.
- Delivering continuous improvement projects and operational efficiencies.
- Reporting directly to senior leadership on fleet performance and compliance.

- Fleet Maintenance Manager

- Transport Maintenance Manager

- Regional Fleet Manager
- Commercial Vehicle Maintenance Manager
You’ll ideally have:
- Multi‑site fleet or workshop management experience.
- Strong commercial vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of DVSA compliance and Operator Licence requirements.
- CPC qualifications (desirable)
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and suppliers.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
