Job Description:

About the Role

You’ll run our events programme day-to-day, build out our influencer and creator partnerships, and look after the PR activity that sits alongside them.

This is a brand-side role for someone who has already run events, not just helped at them: who thinks in run-of-show, load-in times, supplier lists and contingency plans, and who can walk a shoot or activation from empty room to finished space. You’ll help shape how Skin Cupid shows up beyond our owned digital channels, working closely with our Marketing Director to build a presence that’s distinctive, talked-about and unmistakably us.

Events & physical brand experience

  • Plan and deliver Skin Cupid’s events calendar end-to-end: brand launches, press days, brand partner activations, pop-ups and community events, owning budgets, timelines, suppliers and on-the-day logistics
  • Own physical visual merchandising at every event, pop-up and retail appearance: brief the design team on physical assets, manage production and print suppliers, and oversee install and how the brand shows up on the day
  • Run the operational detail: run-of-show, supplier and venue liaison, build and breakdown, health and safety basics, and a calm head when something goes wrong on the day
  • What We’re Looking For

    • 2-4 years in events, influencer, PR or brand marketing, with events delivery as a core part of at least one role (not an occasional add-on), ideally in beauty, fashion, wellness or lifestyle
    • Events you personally owned or co-led: be ready to talk us through two or three, including the brief, budget, what you produced, suppliers you managed and what you’d do differently
    • Hands-on experience managing physical production: briefing designers, working with print and fabrication suppliers, and overseeing install, with an eye for finish and detail
    • Confident owning budgets, timelines and supplier relationships independently, and keeping multiple workstreams on track under event-week pressure
    • Some experience working with influencers or creators, with a feel for spotting talent and building relationships
    • A strong eye for brand: you understand why a doorway, a goody bag and a Story tag all need to feel like the same thing
    • A genuine love of K-beauty and Asian skincare, or a serious appetite to immerse yourself in it

    Brand champion

    • Be the person who carries Skin Cupid’s brand into every room: events, partner meetings, shoots and supplier calls, representing us consistently and protecting how we’re seen
    • Act as a guardian of the brand’s best interests in every partnership and activation, making sure each collaboration, creator and venue genuinely fits who we are
    • Hold the line on quality and tone when it’s tempting to cut corners, championing the Skin Cupid standard even under event-week pressure
    • Carry brand knowledge with genuine pride and fluency, becoming a go-to voice internally and externally for what Skin Cupid stands for

Bonus points for: any existing creator, press or venue contacts; experience with retail pop-ups or wholesale activations.

This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

    What We Offer

    • If you love working in a tight-knit team, you’ve found the right place!
    • A collaborative, dynamic environment in a fast-growing beauty brand
    • Generous employee discounts on all products
    • Hybrid working model (3 days a week in our London office)
    • Free products and early access to new launches
    • Regular team lunches, dinners, and social events
    • Fully stocked snack bar in the office
