Strategic CFO & Operations Leader for Education Trust (Hybrid)

East Sussex County Council is seeking a Chief Financial and Operations Officer to join the Senior Leadership Team. This full-time permanent role is based in Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex and involves strategic financial leadership across 14 primary schools.

The successful candidate will have senior financial leadership experience from a complex organization, ideally in public sector, and a professional accountancy qualification. A hybrid working arrangement may be considered, and the salary range is £75,000 – £85,000.
