Head of Maintenance & Facilities – Care Home

The IWFM Regional/Special Interest Group is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a Barchester care home in England. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents while managing various maintenance tasks. You will lead a team, support budgeting processes, and ensure strict adherence to safety standards.

This rewarding position requires hands-on property maintenance experience, flexibility in working hours, and the ability to communicate effectively with both residents and contractors. A full UK driving licence and GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent are also needed.
