Investments Legal Lead for New FCA‑Regulated Product

Fry and Brown is seeking an experienced in-house lawyer to lead the regulatory aspects of a new investment proposition at a fast-growing digital bank. In this role, you will work closely with the business and a small legal team to develop and maintain the legal framework for the FCA-regulated investment product.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment law, ideally from a bank or wealth platform, and must be adept at navigating FCA regulations and client-facing agreements.
