Job Description:

Asana is looking for a Marketing Lead, UKI to lead regional marketing across the UK and Ireland. This is a high‑ownership role for a marketer who can operate like a mini CMO for the region: shaping regional strategy, influencing go‑to‑market priorities, partnering closely with sales and customer‑facing teams, and building programs that drive pipeline while strengthening Asana’s presence in market. Success in this role requires strong commercial judgment, sharp prioritization, and the ability to translate global priorities into local market opportunities. You’ll need to move confidently between strategic planning and hands‑on execution – from identifying the right accounts, segments, and regional plays, to managing the detailed delivery of campaigns, events, executive programs, and follow‑up motions.

What you’ll achieve

  • Translate business goals, market context, account priorities, and pipeline opportunities into focused regional programs with clear execution choices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales and customer‑facing teams, aligning marketing activity to target accounts, priority segments, whitespace opportunities, expansion moments, and pipeline goals.
  • Build and execute an event‑led regional marketing mix across flagship events, executive programs, customer moments, webinars, partner activations, and account‑based plays.
  • Act as a key regional owner for flagship events such as Work Innovation Summit London, partnering with the central events team and UKI sales leadership to shape the regional approach, drive sales engagement, support strategic account participation, and ensure strong follow‑up and pipeline impact.
  • Develop tailored programs for strategic accounts, partnering with AEs, CSMs, and sales leaders to create relevant, high‑touch marketing moments that support account engagement and progression.
  • Help shape how Asana and Asana AI show up in the UKI market through relevant messaging, customer stories, executive engagement, partnerships, and regional activations.
  • Own regional execution end to end, from planning and stakeholder alignment through logistics, launch, follow‑up, reporting, and optimisation.

About you

  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision‑making.
  • Deep experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Strong track record of building marketing programmes that support sales priorities, create pipeline, and influence account progression.
  • Experience owning or shaping marketing strategy for the UK, Ireland, or other mature B2B markets.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to turn broad business priorities into clear regional focus, trade‑offs, and action plans.
  • Highly collaborative with exceptional sales partnership skills, showing confidence working alongside senior sales leaders, AEs, CSMs, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience developing account‑based or high‑touch marketing programmes for strategic accounts.
  • Strong event leadership skills, including the ability to act as a regional business owner for flagship events while managing the operational details required to deliver strong outcomes.
  • Ability to operate at different altitudes, moving seamlessly between regional strategy, stakeholder influence, campaign planning, and hands‑on execution.
