Role: Account Director – Beauty, Wellness and Medical Aesthetics
Location: Manchester | Hybrid
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE plus generous commission structure

The Company:
Operating in beauty, wellness and medical aesthetics- approaching a decade in business, built entirely through organic growth, and representing some of the most exciting and recognisable brands in the industry.
They don’t do average. They don’t do generic. And they’re not looking for someone who does either. The business is growing – fast, UK and internationally. And they need an exceptional Account Director to help shape what comes next.
The role
You’ll lead a portfolio of high-profile clients, and have genuine influence over the direction of the agency. You’ll work closely with the Founder, turning ambitious ideas into campaigns that cut through – while bringing the best out of the team around you.
- Strategic lead across a portfolio of beauty, wellness and medical aesthetics clients
- Trusted advisor to founders and senior brand teams
- Creating proactive communications strategies that deliver meaningful commercial impact
- Developing creative campaign ideas that generate conversation and cut through crowded markets
- Leading, mentoring and developing a talented team
- Driving exceptional media results across national, consumer, trade and broadcast
- Managing client retention and commercial performance across accounts
- Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to new business

What they’re looking for
Credentials matter – but so does who you are.
- 4+ years in a PR or communications agency
- Strong experience across beauty, wellness, health, lifestyle or medical aesthetics
- Proven media relationships and a track record of coverage that actually moves the needle
- A natural leader – someone who brings the best out of the people around them
- Commercially aware, strategically sharp and confident in a room with senior stakeholders
- Someone who gets excited by big ideas and doesn’t accept “that’s how it’s always been done”
