Role Description
This is a full-time for 3days a week + overtime, on-site role located in our Stevenage Store for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will handle customer inquiries, assist customers with purchases, and ensure the store is well-organized and stocked. The role requires maintaining a high standard of customer service, supporting the sales team, and helping to create a positive shopping experience. Additional tasks may include inventory management, processing transactions, and contributing to a tidy and welcoming retail environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities to build rapport with customers and team members
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
- Sales skills to meet customer needs and contribute to store performance
- Highly developed Organization Skills to manage tasks and maintain store tidiness

- Punctuality, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in retail or fashion is beneficial but not essential
