Salary: Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Package

A rapidly growing FinTech firm is currently hiring for a Salesforce Administrator to work directly alongside their Salesforce Lead and support the continued growth of their CRM platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and enhance the Salesforce platform across multiple business functions
- Build and maintain Flows, reports, dashboards and automations
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Manage users, permissions, data quality and platform governance
- Support Salesforce integrations and ongoing CRM projects
SKILLS
- 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and Flows
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within Financial Services or FinTech is a plus
- Exposure to Salesforce development concepts would be beneficial
