Compliance Officer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Officer to join a highly regarded international Law Firm in their Business Acceptance team.

This role will suit someone with experience in AML, conflicts and client onboarding who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting conflict searches and analysing results
• Managing new client and matter onboarding requests
• Carrying out client due diligence (CDD) and AML checks
• Conducting sanctions screening
• Implementing and maintaining information barriers
• Liaising with legal, finance and IT teams on compliance matters
• Supporting compliance systems and process improvements

About You:

• Previous compliance, AML or conflicts experience within a law firm or regulated environment
• Strong understanding of AML regulations and conflicts requirements
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
• Experience with Intapp Open would be advantageous but not essential
