Lead Data & Insight AnalystLocation: Chertsey (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

Were now looking for a Lead Data & Insight Analyst to join our growing Analytics team, playing a key role in shaping how data and insight drive decision-making across the business.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role combining advanced analytics with team leadership. Youll take ownership of key insight delivery, lead a small team of analysts, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate data into meaningful commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI models, dashboards and reporting solutions
- Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns and opportunities
- Build and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to shape data pipelines
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of analysts
- Work closely with senior leaders and business functions to deliver insight-led solutions
- Present clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
What Were Looking For
- Strong experience in data science, analytics or business intelligence (typically 10+ years)
- Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Redshift, Databricks or similar
- Proven track record in building impactful data visualisations (Power BI or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling, predictive analytics and machine learning
- Experience leading or mentoring analysts
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
