As a DigitalSupport Team Manager based in Ripon,you’ll be responsiblefor:
Leading and managing theDigital Support Team, ensuring a consistently high standard ofcustomer service across all digitalchannels
Supporting andenhancing digital trading capabilities for customers, branches, andthe widerbusiness
Collaboratingclosely with the Digital team to continuously improve and developthe overall digital customerexperience
Overseeing teamperformance through effective communication management and strongpeople leadershippractices
Building andmaintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders (frombranch to director level), external customers, and keysuppliers
