Your new role
This is a full-time Project Manager position based in Belfast, operating on a hybrid basis with approximately two days per week in the office. The role is open to both intermediate and senior-level will be responsible for managing projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, overseeing project coordination and managing risks.
What you’ll need to succeed
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- MRICS qualification (desirable)
- NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation (desirable)
- Proven experience in project delivery across construction or property sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract administration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
