Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing independent financial planning firm to recruit a Financial Services Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services professional to join a close-knit and supportive team, providing administrative support to advisers across a busy and successful practice.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring the smooth delivery of client services across the business. Working closely with a small team, you will be responsible for a range of financial services administration duties, helping to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Duties will include:

  • Processing new business applications
  • day to day office duties
  • Supporting advisers with pensions and protection administration
  • Liaising with providers and clients
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Managing queries and ensuring excellent service standards
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

This position requires travel between office locations, therefore a full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.

The Person

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within financial services and be looking to build a long-term career within the industry.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within a financial planning, wealth management or financial services environment
  • Exposure to pensions and protection administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A proactive and professional approach
  • A desire to become a valued long-term member of a growing team
