Learning Support Assistant

Salary: Grade 5 Point 7 £29,031 to £32,676 (Inclusive of London Weighting and Ealing Supplement)

Term time only: (46.2 weeks per year)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 16.30 (35 hours) with a one hour unpaid lunch break

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Please note that this is a fixed term contract until 31st August 2027 in the first instance

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our school team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on students’ learning, development, and overall school experience, while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to communicate effectively and accurately both orally and in writing to children, parents / carers and other external agencies
  • Be welcoming and professional
  • Be flexible and hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Be able to follow Trust procedures and use their own initiative as required and be a good team player
  • Have good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
