Road Sweeper Driver (Class 2)

We are looking for an experienced Road Sweeper Driver to join our team at Widdington Recycling Ltd.

Duties include:

• Operating a Class 2 Road Sweeper in a safe, professional, and compliant manner.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects in line with company and DVSA requirements.
• Changing the brushes and being mindful of any maintenance required on the vehicle, and reporting it accordingly.
• Communicating with customers on site in a polite and courteous way.
• Working on construction sites, highways, and private premises, adhering to site rules, and H&S procedures.
• Maintaining good communication with the transport office.
• Representing the company professionally when dealing with customers and the public.
• Keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
