Painter/Decorator

ROLE: Painter / DecoratorHOURS: 36 hrs/weekLOCATION: London

We’re looking for a Painter/Decorator (Handyperson) who will support multiple Mitie client sites by delivering high-quality painting, decorating, and general building maintenance services in a safe and efficient manner.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating tasks across various client sites to a high standard
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and client expectations
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works
• Record accurate maintenance data, including materials used and time taken
• Identify and report defects, vulnerabilities, and scope issues to improve service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, construction, or building maintenance environments
• Relevant qualification (City & Guilds Level 2/3) in Painting & Decorating or similar trade
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair work
