We pay the team a service charge each month, 100% of which is shared amongst the staff. This payment can be around £150 a month (≈£1,200 per year) in addition to base pay for full‑time employees.

Key responsibilities:
- Work with fresh food to create delicious dishes for guests.
- Apply and further develop knife skills, learning new techniques from senior chefs.
- Maintain current allergen training to ensure guest safety.
- Participate in keeping the kitchen clean and organized as part of a single team.
- Label food appropriately to prevent expiry.
- Share knowledge with new and budding kitchen personnel.
